By downloading, installing, or using MBTI Lens ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Purpose and disclaimer

MBTI Lens is a personality assessment tool for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. It is not a clinical, psychological, or diagnostic tool. The App's results should not be used as a substitute for professional psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) framework is a popular personality model, but personality is complex and cannot be fully captured by any single assessment. Your results are one lens for self-understanding — not a definitive label.

No warranties on accuracy

We strive to provide thoughtful, well-researched personality insights, but we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any personality type descriptions, compatibility assessments, or other content within the App.

Personality type descriptions are generalizations. Individual experiences will vary. Compatibility insights are informational and should not be used as the sole basis for relationship decisions.

Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use MBTI Lens. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

User conduct

You agree to use MBTI Lens only for its intended purpose — personal self-reflection and entertainment. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App's content (type descriptions, compatibility data, etc.) for commercial purposes without permission
• Misrepresent the App's results as professional psychological assessments

Intellectual property

All content within MBTI Lens — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by MBTI Lens and protected by intellectual property laws. "MBTI" and "Myers-Briggs Type Indicator" are trademarks of The Myers-Briggs Company. MBTI Lens is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Myers-Briggs Company.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MBTI Lens and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle (or rather, don't handle) your data. In short: we collect no personal data, and everything stays on your device.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
